Harmful ingredients found in Skin Whitening products

Hydroquinone side effects have caused great concern on whitening skin care. Here's the three harmful skin whitening ingredients - hydroquinone, mercury and steroids. Something that you should always be aware about safe skin whitening. Did you know hydroquinone is presently found in over 200 skin lightening products sold in the US alone? It has been banned by the Food and Drug Administration since January 2001 for sale mainly in Europe, Japan, Australia and Asia because of its carcinogenic (cancer-causing) properties causing more damaging hydroquinone hyperpigmentation. In the US, it is still allowed to sell a concentration of 2% in products, and 4% when prescribed by dermatologists. But would you rather stay away, go hydroquinone free, and play cautious than take even the slightest risk?By all means, I don’t suggest you even try.Hydroquinone has been linked to ochronosis (thickening and darkening of skin especially for people of color), abnormal function of the adrenal glands, and blood diseases.Mercury, also known as mercurous chloride, poisons the bloodstream, and toxic when used in cosmetics because it is readily absorbed. You know the end results? Kidney, brain, nervous and gastrointestinal disorders; skin rashes, mood swings, memory loss, and muscle weakness. In other words, mercury is sucked up in the skin easily,Eww! Here’s more. Prolonged contact with mercury also leads to skin rashes, mood swings, memory loss, and muscle weakness. The last harmful ingredient, but certainly NOT the least harmful, steroids, cause thinning of the skin, or stretchmarks, associated with skin problems such as cellulites, contact eczema, bacterial and fungal infections, Cushing's syndrome, acne, skin atrophy and pigmentation disorders. Other less commonly reported problems include delaying the diagnosis of leprosy, and erythrodermic psoriasis. Scared? You should be. If you are or have been using products based on these ingredients, now is the time to stop it. There are safe and effective non hydroquinone, non-mercury and non-steroid solutions to freckles, melasma, age spots, uneven skin tone, dark underarms, acne scars, inner thighs, knees, elbows, etc. True, there are still credible sources for skin lighteners out there. And sometimes it’s hard to judge the value without a direct comparison. That’s why I urge you to give their product a trial run... at the same time you give one to ours. After all, you’re the best judge

choose the right! pls do read the labels before you select ur product!
