its so hard working in a call center but the enjoy part is to be with a group that can that makes your day complete. Sabi nga nila walang saya kung kasama mo tropa mo. Thats why I can't leave with out them. I consider them ask my second family. But ask a call center agent you must be entusiastic with you customer, make a sale ang tag line ng call center. Basta you must know how to handle presure so hindi ka maging BOANG!. Kaya kayo guys if you have plans to be a call ceneter agent you must think first kung kaya ba ninyo ok...
